The work
My job is the ad accounts, the intake forms, the CRM, the automations, the matching data and the reporting at a US surrogacy agency. I have watched an intake desk absorb a hundred applications and turn three of them into program entries. I have built the systems that made that less painful, and I have removed the ones that made it worse.
Humayn is that work, productized for other agencies. Almost nobody selling AI into this industry has sat on the inside of one. A generalist automation shop has to learn your business on your budget. I do not.
It also means I know which parts of your operation should never be automated, which is a shorter list than a vendor would like and a longer one than a spreadsheet would suggest.
Working with more than one agency
Yes, we do. That is what makes the work good.
A studio that only works with surrogacy agencies will always have more than one surrogacy agency as a client. It also gets better at the same six problems instead of learning six new industries. That is the whole argument, and it does not need a client count.
Every engagement carries mutual confidentiality, and it is not a formality. Your data stays in your systems. Nothing built for you is reused for anyone else. Every agency’s specialty is kept secret, including from the others we work with.
What we carry between clients is craft, not content. That is what you are hiring, and it is the only thing that travels.
Senior operator. No layers.
One operator does the work
No account manager, no junior team, no discovery phase that produces a deck.
A small number of engagements
Which is a constraint, not a boast. If the calendar is full I will say so on the first call rather than queue you.
Never by the hour
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed dates, so the incentive is to finish rather than to stay.
The loop
Why there is always a person.
Humayn in the loop.
Agents do the repetitive work. A person approves every moment that matters: the match, the sensitive message, the medical and legal touchpoints.
This is not a hedge against AI being unreliable. It is what makes the AI usable in an industry where the cost of a wrong automated message is somebody’s worst week.
Every system we build has a named human review point. If we cannot name who reviews it, we do not ship it.
Which is the same reason we do not replace your team. Your team is the agency. What we give back is hours, and those hours go to the work they were hired for.
Two weeks, fixed fee, credited against the build.
